If you upgrade or extend your Tesco Mobile for Business contract, your free access to our Help Hub will automatically renew for as long as you’re with us. If you decide to leave us, you can pay Farillio an £18 monthly fee (per person) to access the platform directly through them.

As the account holder, you’ll hold the main licence. You’ll also get 2 extra free licences that you’ll be able to give to 2 partners/employees of your choice, so all three of you will have free access to our Help Hub. Plus, licence holders can share documents with non-licence holders to allow co-editing, comments and e-signing.
